Enlightening. Been there many times but never knew the history. Keep it coming!

Enlightening stuff. It reminded me that Nicolas Cage explains this fact at the end of the movie - National Treasure. And in the movie, they end up finding the Templar Treasure underneath!

I always associated Wall Street as the location where NYSE happened to find its home. It was fascinating to learn how it all came about. The 'Street' now spans not just eight blocks of Lower Manhattan but the globe!

I used your Aug 10, 2011 article (duly acknowledged!) on the Knight Templars and Banking in a recent talk on the "Prohibition of Usury in Psalms 15: An Anachronism?" Keep more coming!
