It is likely to go even further.. when the mobile phone itself mergers into the cloud and every device is 'online'.
Imagine stepping into a hospital where the building itself is effectivily a smart robot and is filled up with sensors which measure your infrared radiation, the humidity around you, listen to your heartbeat, but also your the rhythms of your liver, kidneys, spleen, the patterns in your breath, while multi-focal sonar try map out the tensile integrity.. Before some hostess even asks for your name the hospital may have already diagnoses what's wrong.
