A very good roundup Chris. The big stumbling block (still) with Social Media is that without some numbers managers can lean on then it will be slow going for some banks. We are still reliant on things like clickthroughs, conversions, eyeballs etc. It will be a while before we can say 'Oh look Social Bank has increased its Whuffie by 13% this year due to its Twitter usage'

Facebook reference to 250 million users (http://blog.facebook.com/blog.php?post=106860717130) makes it the 5th biggest country but as @bobbiejohnson said this morning 'Who would want to live there?'
