Michael Moore, the humble, modest and mild-mannered Academy Award-winning American filmmaker (Bowling for Columbine, Fahrenheit 9/11) is making a new movie to be released on October 2nd.
Here's the trailer:
In case you didn't gather, the focus of the movie is Wall Street and the banks.
"The movie is not going to be an economics lesson; it's going to be more like a vampire movie," the filmmaker jokes. "Instead of the main characters feasting on the blood of their victims, they feast on the money. And they never seem to get enough of it."
Moore continues: ""I want them to walk out at the end saying 'Wow, that was something!' And in this case, maybe they also walk out asking the ushers, 'Um, excuse me. Where are the pitchforks and torches?'"
Hmmm ... that's really going to help, isn't it?
It's yet to get a title but a few suggestions might be:
"Goodwinners"
"One Flew Over the Banker's Nest"
"12 Million Angry Men"
"Raiders of the Taxpayer's Money"
"The Fuldbank Redemption"
... any more?
How about...A few dud men
