I couldn't agree more...

I used to think I was digitally aware, right up until my son had an issue with his x-box. I thought I was being smart and googled the problem to arrive at a possible awnser. My Son U-tubed the same thing and got a video showing how to fix it...

Hopefully I don't need to spell out which approach was the most effective solution.
