@Chris ... nice summary. However I disagree with your title re "can only get better". We haven't seen the half of it yet as the required deleveraging of individuals and companies unwinds the interconnections of investments between banks.

Lots more fodder for you to come!

I was going to title this "things can only get worse", but it is Monday morning and most folks are miserable enough as it is, so I thought I'd be optimistic for a change :-)
